The structure that looks like watch is the lookout of this park named Watch Tower. That was designed by a Dutch artist John Kormeling , and is located at the highest part of the park.
You can see a bird with a nut in its mouth on the railing of the lookout. What do you think that is? The answer is the watch hand of the sundial. The lookout’s floor also works as watch face. There are some white lines and numbers on the floor. You can know the time by the shadow of the bird on the floor.
